The tips are straightforward and easy to test out, especially around giving feedback, running meetings, and handling interviews. I still don’t love taking career advice from a podcast/tool, but I have to admit it’s helped me feel a lot less clueless at work. If you’re looking for something practical and not overly fluffy, it’s probably worth a try.

I downloaded a few of the tools and templates, and some of them were genuinely helpful. That said, a few layouts feel dated and weren’t always easy to customize. For the price and overall usefulness, I’d say it’s decent, but not amazing.
